Firearms

Weapons can be purchased, looted, or crafted. Firearms are defined by classes 1 - 4.

Class 1

Class 1 is a firearm chambered in a calibre smaller than but not including .50 (12.7mm) that fires in semi-automatic only. Crossbows and harpoon guns are also considered Class 1. Any legal class one with a silencer attached is an illegal class one.

Civilians with a gun [[State Government/Licenses|licence] are permitted to own Class 1s.

Class 2-A

Class 2-A has multiple definitions as follows:

  • a shotgun capable of loading no less than 2 shells and no more than 6 shells through an internal or detachable magazine.
  • a Manual Operation rifle chambered in a cartridge less than or equal to in size 7.62x63 and purchasable at a hunting or gun store.
  • a sidearm chambered in .454 or .50 that fires only in single-action, double-action, or semi-automatic modes.

Class 2

Class 2 has multiple definitions as follows:

  • a firearm capable of semi-automatic, burst or fully automatic firing modes chambered in handgun caliber (9mm, .45ACP or other handgun caliber).
  • a Shotgun capable of loading 7 or more shells through an internal or detachable magazine.
  • a bolt action sniper rifle & semi-automatic sniper rifle chambered in 7.62 or .338 or greater that is not purchasable at a hunting store.
  • specific weapons that follow are to be unequivocally categorized as class 2 firearms:
    • AI AWM
    • LAGO KU98K

Class 3

Class 3 is a firearm capable of semi-automatic, burst and or automatic firing modes chambered in 5.45 or greater.

Any such system falling under the definition of a firearm in this act that is not encompassed in any other firearms categories shall default to be defined as a Class 3 Firearm.

Class 4

Class 4 is defined as a firearm capable of, through any means, launching a destructive device. This shall include attachments for firearms that readily convert or provide the capability of launching a destructive device. E.g. an RPG.

Destructive Devices

Any item that is explosive, incendiary, or emits poison gas by design as a weapon is classified as a destructive device. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bombs
  • Grenades
  • Rocket (propellant charge of more than four ounces)
  • Missiles (explosive or incendiary charge of more than one-quarter ounce)
  • Mines

Fist Fighting

Players can use their fists alone as weapons. You can raise your fists by toggling your melee stance with Ctrl + H.
